"Foreign Oil" - 3D Collage

This piece has 4 layers of separated plastic giving the collage visual depth. An oil refinery puffs black smoke with small images of automobiles in the sky. In the foreground, children play while soldiers stand guard. Written in the sky is a military report of a roadside ambush and firefight. Viewers are welcome to their own interpretation.
